What We Do

Our therapists develop a personal plan of care to restore each individual's maximal function and to relieve pain, as well as to provide the education needed to maintain and enhance physical function. Progress is closely monitored throughout all phases of rehabilitation.

SBOPT is located directly adjacent to the medical office of orthopadic surgeon, William C. Eves, M.D., Inc., at 480 Fourth Avenue, with a connecting door between the two offices. Our physical therapy clinicians have direct access to the physicians, enabling them to confer daily on patient care and post-surgery treatment to ensure the best patient outcomes. Our ability to offer both medical care and physical therapy in one facility also enables us to reduce recovery times and cut medical costs – all while providing the highest quality of care and patient education.

Our staff members are experts in the field of patient care. We are compassionate and dedicated to helping you. We offer a new office with state-of-the-art equipment. Our therapists and staff have excellent bi-lingual (Spanish- English) communication skills.
